PRICE SIMULATOR

Price Simulator software empowers the mobile operator to easily and accurately (set prices based on modifying different tariff prices for different call types and applying these price changes to different customer segments. Price Simulator can also analyse your competitor tariffs to effectively measure your prices versus your competitors and assess overall price positioning versus your competitors, e.g. 5% above your competitor's tariffs.

The software analyses the different calling profiles of your customer base and recalculates your planned tariffs against the designated profiles to determine your new price points. The profiles can be measured against your competitor tariffs to view where your prices are positioned relative to these competitors. This allows an operator to measure tariff effectiveness prior to introducing new tariffs.

Mobile operators are able to take the different calling patterns of their customer base and develop new tariffs for different customer segments. Operators can identify customers at most risk of churning to a competitor tariff and develop new tariffs more appealing for that customer segment. For example if there is a customer segment who makes a high proportion of off network calls new tariffs can be developed that are ideal for this customer segment.

You can also immediately assess your current tariff suite when your competitors release new tariffs. These new tariffs can be loaded into the Price Simulator to view how competitive you are relative to your existing tariffs and then decide what you need to do, or if you need to do anything at all.
