BUREAU SERVICE
Our bureau service for sales channels calculates the cost of a customer's usage history (up to two months per customer) against the prices on offer through the sales channel. Customer's can then see the relative price differential between changing to the new mobile operator.
Our service analyses either hard copy of soft copy bills, classifies the calls into the different call types and then re-rates those call types to determine what the customer is likely to pay based on their historical billing information. The report is tailored to the individual mobile operator and packaged as an independent analysis by Analytical Models Pty Ltd
